Thievery rules as Miami Dolphins pick Bills' pockets

Sometimes it takes a while to make certain decisions and particular judgments. Such a day was Sunday at Dolphin Stadium, when the home side finally decided to let the other side have play time with the greased pig, and also concluded that thievery isn't a felony if it involves a football secondary.
